Jak jsem se pozd\u011bji dozv\u011bd\u011bl, dne 6. 1. 2005 se konalo dra\u017eebn\u00ed jedn\u00e1n\u00ed a bylo vyd\u00e1no usnesen\u00ed o p\u0159\u00edklepu. T\u00e9to dra\u017eby jsem se nemohl z\u00fa\u010dastnit, nebo\u0165 mi v rozporu s ust. \u00a7 336c odst. 1 p\u00edsm. a) o. s. \u0159. nebyla doru\u010dena dra\u017eebn\u00ed vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka.<\/p>\n
