Dohodu o pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti je mo\u017en\u00e9 uzav\u0159\u00edt maxim\u00e1ln\u011b v rozsahu poloviny pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed doby, tj. v pr\u016fm\u011bru do 20 hodin t\u00fddn\u011b. Zam\u011bstnanec prohla\u0161uje, \u017ee byl sezn\u00e1men s pr\u00e1vy a povinnostmi, kter\u00e9 pro n\u011bj vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed z\u00a0t\u00e9to dohody, a s pracovn\u00edmi podm\u00ednkami a podm\u00ednkami odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed, za nich\u017e m\u00e1 pr\u00e1ci konat.
