K\u010d.<\/span><\/p>\n Kupn\u00ed cenu uhrad\u00ed kupuj\u00edc\u00ed nejpozd\u011bji do ………………….\u00a0bezhotovostn\u00edm p\u0159evodem na \u00fa\u010det prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho \u010d. ………………….\/……….. veden\u00fd u ………………….\u00a0, pod variabiln\u00edm symbolem\u00a0………………….<\/span><\/p>\n Pokud kupuj\u00edc\u00ed nezaplat\u00ed prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmu \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b a v\u010das celou kupn\u00ed cenu, bude toto jedn\u00e1n\u00ed pova\u017eov\u00e1no za hrub\u00e9 poru\u0161en\u00ed t\u00e9to kupn\u00ed smlouvy a prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo od t\u00e9to kupn\u00ed smlouvy ihned odstoupit.<\/span><\/p>\n Smluvn\u00ed strany se dohodly, \u017ee n\u00e1klady spojen\u00e9 se vkladem vlastnick\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va do katastru nemovitost\u00ed a spr\u00e1vn\u00ed poplatek za z\u00e1pis vkladu do katastru nemovitost\u00ed zaplat\u00ed kupuj\u00edc\u00ed, da\u0148 z nabyt\u00ed nemovit\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed zaplat\u00ed prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n Ke dni podpisu t\u00e9to smlouvy je prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed dle sv\u00e9ho prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed, nab\u00fdvac\u00edch listin i v\u00fdpisu z katastru nemovitost\u00ed v\u00fdlu\u010dn\u00fdm vlastn\u00edkem nemovit\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed uveden\u00fdch v \u010dl. II t\u00e9to smlouvy.<\/span><\/p>\n Prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed touto smlouvou prod\u00e1v\u00e1 nemovit\u00e9 v\u011bci popsan\u00e9 v \u010dl\u00e1nku II. t\u00e9to smlouvy se v\u0161emi sou\u010d\u00e1stmi a p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161enstv\u00edm, pr\u00e1vy a povinnostmi, ve stavu, jak je ob\u011bma smluvn\u00edm stran\u00e1m zn\u00e1m za n\u00ed\u017ee dohodnutou kupn\u00ed cenu, a to do vlastnictv\u00ed kupuj\u00edc\u00edho, kter\u00fd tuto nemovitou v\u011bc za kupn\u00ed cenu od prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho do sv\u00e9ho v\u00fdlu\u010dn\u00e9ho vlastnictv\u00ed kupuje a nab\u00fdv\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n Prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed prohla\u0161uje, \u017ee je opr\u00e1vn\u011bn p\u0159edm\u011bt smlouvy prodat, a \u017ee p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 nemovit\u00e9 v\u011bci nejsou zat\u00ed\u017eeny \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdmi dluhy, z\u00e1stavn\u00edm pr\u00e1vem, pr\u00e1vy t\u0159et\u00edch osob \u010di jin\u00fdmi omezen\u00edmi. Kupuj\u00edc\u00ed prohla\u0161uje, \u017ee v\u011bcn\u00fd i pr\u00e1vn\u00ed stav p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fdch nemovit\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed je mu zn\u00e1m.<\/span><\/p>\n Podle t\u00e9to kupn\u00ed smlouvy lze zapsat vklad do katastru nemovitost\u00ed u Katastr\u00e1ln\u00edho \u00fa\u0159adu pro …………………………… kraj, Katastr\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovi\u0161t\u011b ……………………………\u00a0(d\u00e1le jen \u201eKatastr\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad\u201c) na p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9m listu vlastnictv\u00ed veden\u00e9m pro obec ……………………………, katastr\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fazem\u00ed ………………….<\/span><\/p>\n Vlastnick\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo se v\u0161emi pr\u00e1vy a povinnostmi p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed z prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho na kupuj\u00edc\u00edho dnem vkladu pr\u00e1va do katastru nemovitost\u00ed u Katastr\u00e1ln\u00edho \u00fa\u0159adu.<\/p>\n Tato smlouva je vyhotovena ve t\u0159ech origin\u00e1lech, z nich\u017e ka\u017ed\u00e1 ze Stran obdr\u017e\u00ed po jednom, t\u0159et\u00ed origin\u00e1l se p\u0159ipoj\u00ed k n\u00e1vrhu na vklad vlastnick\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va na Katastr\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad.<\/span><\/p>\n Smlouva nab\u00fdv\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnosti okam\u017eikem jej\u00edho podpisu.\u00a0<\/span>Tato smlouva m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt m\u011bn\u011bna a dopl\u0148ov\u00e1na pouze p\u00edsemn\u00fdmi dodatky schv\u00e1len\u00fdmi ob\u011bma smluvn\u00edmi Stranami.<\/p>\n Smluvn\u00ed strany po p\u0159e\u010dten\u00ed t\u00e9to smlouvy prohla\u0161uj\u00ed, \u017ee souhlas\u00ed s jej\u00edm obsahem.
